1. Using BlackStone services
These terms apply to use of the BlackStone RP website and, where relevant, participation in the associated game server and community spaces. By using those services, users are expected to follow the published rules and any reasonable platform requirements.
2. Accounts and community conduct
Users are responsible for accounts they control on connected platforms and for keeping their own credentials secure. Harassment, abuse, attempts to disrupt services, unauthorised access and deliberate rule evasion may lead to moderation action.
3. Server rules
BlackStone’s current server rules are published separately on the Rules page. Rules may be updated as the community and server systems develop. Where a specific server rule conflicts with general website wording, staff should clarify which rule applies to the situation.
4. User-generated content
Players may create or share roleplay, screenshots, messages and other community content through third-party platforms or the game server. Users should only submit material they are permitted to share and must respect the rights of others.
5. Moderation, suspension and bans
BlackStone staff may moderate community spaces and server access to enforce rules, protect users or protect the service. Supporting the server does not guarantee special treatment, immunity from moderation or permanent access to the server.
6. Virtual items and perks
If BlackStone later offers virtual items, supporter perks or similar benefits, they are connected to the server experience and are not a promise of permanent availability. Any specific description shown at the time of purchase should explain what is being provided.
7. Donations, purchases and contributions
Contributions may be used to support server infrastructure, development, server resources and ongoing improvements. They should not be interpreted as buying ownership, staff authority or exemption from community rules.
8. Payments and refunds
All donations, purchases and contributions made in support of BlackStone RP are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Where a third-party payment or store provider is used, that provider may also apply its own payment-processing terms.
9. Third-party platforms
BlackStone may rely on or link to services such as FiveM, Discord, Supabase, Vercel and payment/store providers. BlackStone does not control the continued availability, policies or technical operation of those independent services.
10. Intellectual property
BlackStone’s original site content, branding and custom materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Third-party game, platform and software names remain the property of their own owners. Users must not present BlackStone assets as their own without permission.
11. Availability
The website and server may be changed, restarted, suspended, limited or discontinued for maintenance, development, technical issues, security or other operational reasons. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BlackStone is not responsible for indirect losses caused by service interruptions, third-party platforms, user conduct or unauthorised use of accounts. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised as the server, website, integrations or legal requirements change. The revision date at the top of this page should be updated whenever material changes are published.
